Raquel Fernandez a native of Spain with a computer programming background, she spent years in the mortgage industry working for various brokers in Los Angeles and ultimately working for IndyMac Bank. She own real estate investment company and completed a condo conversion in Long Beach and built a million dollar house in Big Bear from the ground up. After relocating to San Diego she became a Realtor and a Chula Vista real estate expert for the radio talk show that airs on ESPN 1700AM. She was also a guest speaker on KCBQ, the Real Estate Radio Network as the Chula Vista raising star Realtor.

She is reliable and dependable and committed to act in her clients best interest. She listens to fully understand her clients’ wants and needs always putting their fundamental interests first.
